The Sama Gazette Brand New Design!

By Sama Team | March 23, 2010

Here it is! We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website for The Sama Gazette. The new website is now online and we hope you like it. With the new design, comes a new navigation but also new features and sections we will let you discover by checking the Gazette.

With this substantial upgrade and redesign, we hope the Sama Gazette will still grow and be more and more visited as it is every month since its initial launch in July 2009. We never thought the humble purpose of this website could be such a success and bring together such an amazing community.

This post gives us the opportunity to thank all the Sama Readers for their unfailing support. As we posted on Twitter @samagazette, you can now submit a news or suggest a website (must-read articles, share cool links) and even become a Contributor so don't hesitate to contact us.

But that's not all: we are working on a brand new section on the Sama Gazette. It will be online soon and it will allow everyone to join a certain Fraternal Society initiated  a couple of months ago by committed and thoughtful Sama Readers. Some of you already know what we are referring to. Stay put!

Meanwhile, please check out the site, enjoy your visit and let us know what you think about it, we are all ears, as always. Regular updates will be back tomorrow, we have got plenty of news to talk about (World Water Day, Ben Affleck launching Eastern Congo initiative, healthcare reform, artist Frank Gonzales...).

The Sama Team is back!

I love this new design, it’s great and really push the content forward (I’m not sure it is the right way to say it, my english is still not perfect) It’s great! ;)

Recent Posts/Popular Posts/Recent Comments on front page is a very good idea.

I am reading Max Dana’s websites for years and the Sama Gazette is my favorite website. I learn a lot reading it everyday, thank you.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I was so excited to see the new design and honestly, it’s brilliant! I see the Team added new quotes, navigation is much better (from post to post), related articles and tags, comments,… Everything!

Like Arnold and many others, I am also very excited about this Fraternal Society that will be created. It is unbelievable to think we started it and it will exist for real :P

I would like to tell the Sama Team (and Max Dana, without whom it wouldn’t exist) this site and the community hold an important place in my life. We are so proud to be part of it with Arnold….

Thank you! :P

I agree with Gino, I like how you have kept the same basic color scheme since the first version of the Sama Gazette. Very classy, indeed.

I have been thinking about the site all day since it has been updated and I have shown it to my co-workers today. They liked the concept of the Sama Gazette mixing news, Art, awareness about big issues… I think there will be new readers from now :)

Good night everyone!

I am not able to do such a design…….. I had a blog once and I deleted it because it was so messy I couldn’t update it anymore :(

The Sama Gazette is the best site ever. I love reading you and there is something special from the Sama Team and the community. I am a proud Sama reader from Russia :)
