Twitter Sunday: Favorites Tweets @diablocody

By Sama Team | September 27, 2009

It's Sunday on the Sama Gazette, welcome to our new Rendez-Vous: Twitter Sunday! We announced it this week on the Message Board (top of homepage) and some of you were obviously eager to know what it is about, although the title of this new section is quite self-explanatory. Twitter Sunday is about what our Twitter Friends said; we added some of their tweets to our Favorites on Twitter and each Sunday, we are going to share a selection of them with you.   For this first rendezvous, we choose a tweet posted on Diablo Cody Twitter on Sep 8th, 5:50 PM.

@louisvirtel The fact that you get to do this for a living proves the existence of a higher power.

You are God's prize showcase.

We didn't know what this tweet was about but we thought it was humoristic so we decided to check @louisvirtel, and even if it might be a private joke between the two, his bio provides a hint:

Journalistic prostitute. Tragically thin. Lost in a catsuit of emotions. Gay for attention.

Interesting! We now check his Twitter once in a while but we don't 'Follow' him yet. That's the magic of Twitter, from one tweet to another, you discover new people and we really enjoy it. Another tweet from Diablo Cody posted on Sep 26th, just for fun:

diablocody So relieved Glamour magazine says my vagina is normal.

We really like Diablo Cody and we are eager to see her new movie, Jennifer's Body (it will be out end of October in France). Feel free to Follow @diablocody and/or @louisvirtel. You can of course follow us @samagazette, we will follow back every Sama-Readers!

I am a woman and I’m in love with Diablo Cody. She’s a great writer, she’s clever, she’s a feminist and I’m sure Jennifer’s Body is a very good movie. :)

I am going to see this movie only for Megan Fox, all the publicity has been about her, I have no interest for the story, sorry Diablo but your movie has been literally eaten by Fox!!

I’m not a big fan of Diablo Cody, I think Juno was just an average movie. And Jennifer’s Body is everything but a feminist movie. Megan Fox is half naked, I don’t like her manners, the way she talks….. She’s posing, all the time.

Maybe Diablo Cody should have chosen another actress, more humble.

Amanda Seyfried is an amazing actress, but she is under exploited…… Not sexy enough I guess….

¡Hola!

I have to disagree with you Juliette, Diablo Cody is a true feminist, she makes movies in which women are the main characters and it’s rare to see a young woman like her in the movie industry.

Megan Fox is pretty but I don’t like her very much as an actress. She also poses way too much during the interviews…

¡Adios!

Men will go and see Jennifer’s Body only because of Megan Fox, who cares about Diablo Cody and the storyline, seriously?

I will give my opinion when the movie will be out in France, since then I still think it has everything to be a good movie.

Meanwhile, don’t harass me, perverted people! ;)
